Recipes with Tropical Fruit Formula 1

Here you'll find yummy recipes to use with Herbalife's Tropical Fruit Formula 1.

Remember, you can use Non-Fat or Low-Fat Milk - or use Soy Milk, Almond Milk or Rice Milk. Juice is always an alternative, but remember that if you're wanting to lose weight, milk adds protein and also has less carbohydrates than juice! If you don't normally drink milk on a regular basis, start out with Soy, Rice or Almond Milk.

  • 1 1/4 cup Non-Fat Milk

  • 3 oz orange juice
  • 2 oz Herbal Aloe Juice
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/8 tsp strawberry extract
  • 1/8 tsp pineapple extract
  • 1/8 tsp coconut extract

  • Frozen Pineapple Coconut Shake
  • 2 Tbs Tropical Fruit Formula 1 (or any flavor!)
  • 8 oz nonfat milk or soy milk
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks (in own unsweetened juice)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tsp coconut extract
  • 4-6 crushed ice cubes
  • Formula 1 Pudding
  • 1 pkg instant pudding (any flavor)
  • 2 cups cold nonfat milk
  • 1/2 cup Formula 1 Tropical
  • Mix well until firm (aprox 2 min). Pour into four ½ cup dishes. Each ½ cup serving = 1 shake
  • For variety add 1/8 tsp of your favorite extract
  • To cut calories use fat-free pudding & cut amount of Formula 1 to 2 Tbs.
