At this time we ship only within the United States.
We ship directly by FedEx from an Herbalife US warehouse for guaranteed fresh product.
FedEx will not ship to a P.O.Box -
Please provide your physical address.Orders received before 12:00pm EST Monday to Friday will ship the same day. We strive to expediate the processing of your order. However, orders placed after 12pm EST may ship the following business day. Occasionally, orders placed the last 2 days of the month may require an additional day to ship because of high volume.
Your order will ALWAYS be shipped 2 day. EXAMPLE: An order placed on Monday by noon EST will be processed on Monday and submitted to FedEx. Your order should arrive on Wednesday by 4:30pm local time.

Refunds and Returns
Herbalife offers a 30 day money back guarantee.
All returns must be accompanied by appropriate forms. Please email your refund request to support@healthydietsolution.com with "Return" in the subject field and we will forward the proper forms with instructions. Please do not return any product containers until this form is received. In the case that you received a product different than the product ordered, please fax the shipping slip to (888) 836-6750 so we can compare your slip with the physical order. If your packing slip doesn't show the product you received, you must return the container, original packaging and original invoice and/or receipt for proper crediting.
We will refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. If you received free shipping, actual shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, losses or errors.
The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item that you purchased from Healthy Diet Solution.
