Herbalife Shake

The Basic Herbalife Shake
  • 1 1/2 cup of liquid (Soy or Lowfat Milk)
  • 2 Tbs of Formula 1
  • 1-2 Tbs Personalized Protein Powder (optional)
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen fruit

  • Add ice if desired ~ blend or shake and enjoy!




    Possibilities are endless for blending up a yummy Herbalife shake. Use these and make up your own! For variety, make your own protein bars, or whip up a pie that is healthy!
